You must be 21 years of age or older to register an account or use any product on the h55d platform. This is a strict and non-negotiable eligibility requirement. h55d enforces age verification at the point of registration and again prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Providing false date of birth information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to relevant authorities where required.
The h55d platform is built and operated primarily for players based in Pakistan. h55d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance comprising real-money funds may be returned at h55d's discretion following the conclusion of any internal investigation. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be voided in full.
An account is considered inactive if no login or transaction has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. h55d may apply an inactivity maintenance fee of up to PKR 500 per month to inactive accounts. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for 24 months may be closed automatically.
h55d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following PKR-native payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and MasterCard. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. No currency conversion fees are applied by h55d on standard transactions — though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges independently.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits settle to your h55d balance instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Raast transfers settle same-day in most cases. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take one to two business days. Visa and MasterCard deposits are typically processed within one hour. h55d imposes no additional processing delay on deposits beyond the timelines above.
To process a withdrawal, your account must meet the following conditions:
Minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum single withdrawal is PKR 500,000. Players with VIP account status may request higher limits through the h55d support team. h55d reserves the right to process large withdrawals in tranches and to request additional documentation for withdrawals that trigger enhanced due diligence thresholds under the platform's AML procedures.
All bonuses and promotions offered by h55d are subject to these general conditions and any specific terms published with each individual promotion. Where specific promotional terms differ from these general conditions, the specific terms prevail. Bonuses are issued in a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
Unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms, the standard wagering requirement on h55d deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of PKR 1,000 requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings becomes withdrawable. Bonus funds that have not been wagered to completion within thirty (30) days of issuance will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and any winnings accumulated from them at the time of expiry are forfeited. Players will receive a notification prior to bonus expiry.
h55d employs detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion between multiple accounts, use of prohibited betting patterns, and exploitation of promotional terms in ways inconsistent with the promotional intent. Players found to be abusing bonus terms will have bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and may be subject to permanent account closure.
All bets placed on the h55d sportsbook are final once confirmed. h55d reserves the right to void any bet where: the odds were materially incorrect at the time of placement due to a technical error; the event result has been affected by factors outside normal sporting competition; or the bet was placed on a market that was suspended at the time of placement due to a system error that failed to prevent the bet from being accepted.
Cricket betting at h55d covers PSL, Pakistan international test and ODI series, and selected domestic tournaments. For in-play markets, bets are accepted between deliveries during normal play. Bets placed during a dead ball, no-ball, or wide delivery are accepted at h55d's discretion. If a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required to constitute a valid result under the relevant playing conditions, all match winner markets will be voided and stakes returned.
All slot and RNG casino games on h55d use certified random number generation systems audited under the platform's international gaming licence. Published RTPs (Return to Player percentages) for each game are accessible in the game information section. h55d does not alter base game RTPs from those certified by the game provider. Breach of these intellectual property terms may give rise to civil liability and will result in immediate account termination.
